DO Hodge’s attempt to rewrite events completely out of page chronology is quite extraordinary.
That said not quite as extraordinary as his wacky barm-pot explanation he has created to justify his actions in connection with opening mail marked PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL addressed to a person other than himself.
Isn’t it a shame he didn’t write this explanation at the appropriate time when it happened instead of after the event. Chances are he could then have found somebody to back up his wacky barm-pot rationale.
