As will be noted by the attached date on Doc 134 it was slap bang in the middle of X’s annual leave.
Shame that. Shame also that Station Officer Jim was also a wee bit lax on notifying X about his SUBSTITUTION and inclusion in this historic Brigade event.
Well he (Station Officer Jim) was a bit busy having to prepare for his own holiday which was rapidly approaching to devote precise attention to Brigade matters at that time.
