Sub. O. Wigglesworth – Discipline Investigation
Sir,
In response to your memo to D. O. Hayden dated 10th July 1998 I can confirm the following regarding the above investigation.
a) I did become aware of the contents of a letter sent to Sub. O. Wigglesworth by the Human Resources Manager. The contents came to my attention on or about 4th June 1998.
b) The only advice I can recall giving to Sub. O. Wigglesworth was to make a complaint to the industrial Tribunal as it was obvious that an unlawful deduction of pay was threatened.
