Interview of Sub/O Wigglesworth at Normanshurst in the Training Classroom. At 10.30 hours Sub/O Wigglesworth had not arrived so DO smith went to find him. He returned with Sub/O W who was by himself. Sub/O Wigglesworth stated that his representative would not be here until 11.00 hours. I confirmed with Sub/O Wigglesworth he had received my letter stating (and confirming) that the interview would be at 10.30. He said yes but other things occur -– or words to that effect. I made the decision that I would wait until 11.00 hours to start the interview and conveyed this information to Sub/O Wigglesworth. DO Smith was present. I then…
